      Our policies for shipping and delivery are as per below:

1. Once the order has been processed, we dispatch the goods within 24 hours. However, if you order during the weekend or public holiday in New South Wales, then the order will be shipped in the next available day (e.g. following Monday if the order was taken on Saturday).
2. If you order goods with more than 2Kg in weight, we may apply surcharge based on the weight. However, the total shipping cost will not be more than courier company charges. We use “the Australian Post” and/or “StarTrack” as our main courier company.
3. For the goods that we cannot use the standard package for the delivery, we may apply the surcharge for the shipping charges. For example, some products we sell are not suitable for standard package or box (e.g. Pole Saw with 4 meters long). In this case, we will find the most economical way of the delivery for you and inform you of the shipping charge before we dispatch.
4. We do not take any responsibility for the loss of the goods you ordered once we dispatch to your shipping address. It is up to you to contact and find out whereabout your products with the courier company.
